However, keep in mind that each lender ships separately, meaning you may receive multiple deliveries and need to return each dress separately. Be sure to check the individual shipping and return policies for each rental.
We use Australia Post Express Shipping to ensure fast and reliable delivery, typically arriving within 1-2 business days, depending on your location. To maintain consistency and avoid delays, we require all our partners to do the same. Please note that deliveries to rural or regional areas may take a little longer.
We require all our lenders to use Express Post to ensure quick and reliable delivery. However, unexpected delays with the courier service can sometimes occur.
If your dress is running late, we recommend:
- Checking your tracking number (provided via email).
- Contacting the lender to confirm the shipping details.
- Reaching out to Australia Post for delivery updates.
If the delay is due to courier issues and the dress arrives too late for your event, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact the lender directly and let us know so we can assist.

Unlike other platforms, we offer the lowest industry fee of just 2%, allowing our lenders to set competitive prices while still making more profit. As a multi-vendor platform, dress conditions may vary slightly depending on the lender, but we require all our partners to uphold strict quality standards so you can hire with confidence!
Do NOT attempt to clean the dress yourself! đ ââď¸ Cleaning is included in the rental price, and our partners handle all professional cleaning and care to ensure the dress remains in top condition.
If any damage occurs due to attempted cleaning or misuse, the hirer will be fully liable for the cost of repairs or replacement. Simply return the dress as is, and weâll take care of the rest!
Returning your rental is simple and stress-free! Hereâs what to do:
- Place the dress in its original packaging (including any protective covers or bags it arrived in).
- Use the prepaid return label (if provided by the lender) or follow the lenderâs specific return instructions.
- Drop it off at your nearest post office as soon as possible to avoid late fees.
We recommend taking a photo of your package and tracking receipt as proof of return. If you experience any issues, contact the lender immediately for assistance.
Yes, late fees may apply, but they vary by lender. Each lender sets their own policies regarding late returns, and fees may be charged on a daily basis until the dress is returned. To avoid extra charges, please return your dress on time using the provided return shipping method.
You wonât receive an invoice, but a receipt will be sent to your email once your order is confirmed. This serves as proof of your rental and includes all relevant details. If you donât see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder!

If the dress doesnât fit as expected, return it as is and do not attempt to tailor, hem, or modify it in any way. If you need a temporary adjustment, we recommend using fashion tape or a belt rather than making permanent changes.
Currently, we offer shipping within Australia only. We utilize Australia Post’s Express Shipping to ensure timely and reliable delivery. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are continually exploring options to expand our services in the future.

Your dresses should be clean, well-maintained, and free of significant damage. Minor wear is expected, but lenders should ensure:

â Zippers, buttons, and embellishments are intact
â Dresses are stored properly to maintain quality
A well-maintained dress increases your chances of repeat rentals and positive reviews!
You can control when your dress is available by updating your rental calendar in your dashboard. If a dress is booked on a specific date, it will automatically be unavailable to avoid double bookings. You can also block out dates when your dress is unavailable.
Each lender manages their own shipping. You can:

đ Allow local pickup/drop-off (if convenient for you and the renter).
â Provide a return label so the renter can easily send it back.

If a renter damages your dress, you are entitled to request compensation for repairs or full replacement if necessary. Renters agree to these terms when hiring a dress. If a dispute arises, Dressivoâs team can help mediate and find a fair resolution.

Once the rental is completed and the dress is successfully returned, your earnings will be deposited into your account.
